Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources Ltd. in Indonesia is seeking a Technical Assistant to support budgeting, planning, and coordination of manpower, heavy equipment, and vehicles across the palm oil operations.

You will develop yearly budgets, monthly and daily work plans, monitor repairs, and ensure tools and spare parts are available while supervising foremen, mechanics, and clerks to meet targets. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years' experience; willing to be placed in East

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience as Technical Assistant in Palm Oil Plantation.
• Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan and experienced with heavy equipment such as Overhaul Heavy Equipment, Dump Truck and Excavator.

Responsibilities

• Create a budget based on field conditions and yearly treatment plan.
• Create monthly and daily work plans and necessary materials.
• Submit monthly operational workshop fund plans.
• Create machine maintenance schedule (SPM) based on machine hours.
• Coordinate foremen, mechanics and clerks to implement the daily work plan.
• Ensure availability of labour and tools for all activities.
• Monitor third-party repairs and ensure repaired equipment is operable.
• Verify spare parts returns align with company policy.
