Job summary

Unilever Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, plant availability, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to develop effective plans and support major shutdown projects.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma III in Engineering, at least 4 years in maintenance execution (preferably chemicals/petrochemical), and hands-on CMMS and scheduling tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance execution, preferably in chemicals, oleochemicals or petrochemical industries.
• 5 Years working experience in handling planning maintenance.
• Proficient in CMMS Systems, Scheduling Tools, Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willing to work from Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.

Responsibilities

• Convert notification to Work order.
• Conduct site visits & discuss with concerned work originators to estimate the exact scope of works for the planned maintenance activities.
• Attends the regular planning & operation scheduling meetings and provide schedule reports.
• Determines resources requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance jobs, and create request for any additional required resources.

Job description

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, plant availability, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to develop effective maintenance plans, optimize resource utilization, and support major shutdown and turnaround projects.

2. Conduct site visits & discuss with concerned work originators to estimate the exact scope of works for the planned maintenance activities.
3. Attends the regular planning & operation scheduling meetings and provide schedule reports.
4. Determines resources requirements (manpower, equipment, tools, and lifting equipment) and works sequences for maintenance jobs, and create request for any additional required resources.

Requirements:

1. Willing to work from Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera
2. Minimum Qualifications for this position is Technical Diploma III in Engineering or similar.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance execution, preferably in chemicals, oleochemicals or petrochemical industries.
4. 5 Years working experience in handling planning maintenance or already
5. Proficient in CMMS Systems (Inventory Management Software), Scheduling Tools, Proficiency in M/S Office
6. Ability to plan major shutdown projects
7. Ability to align the requirements of operations and maintenance
