Job summary

PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant in Palm Oil Plantation to lead budgeting and planning activities. The role coordinates foremen, mechanics, and clerks to ensure daily and monthly work plans are executed efficiently and safely.

The candidate will oversee maintenance scheduling, material procurement, and third-party repairs to keep vehicles and heavy equipment operable and aligned with production targets.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with large machinery maintenance and operation planning.
• Experience coordinating foremen, mechanics, and clerks to execute daily plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget based on field conditions and planned treatments.
• Create monthly and daily work plans aligned with workshop programs and needs.
• Submit monthly operational workshop fund requirements.
• Create machine maintenance schedules based on machine hours.
• Coordinate labor, tools, and equipment to meet targets.
• Ensure availability of materials and third-party repair oversight.
• Verify spare parts and returns per policy.
