IWS MAINTENANCE LEAD

The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for the implementation of maintenance work planning & scheduling as well as leading the maintenance activities for work cell production lines. This role involves implementing continuous improvement and preventing any unplanned stoppages due to breakdown using Integrated Work System (IWS) methodology.

As the Maintenance Lead, you will

• Manage daily maintenance systems, including breakdown elimination and maintenance planning.
• Develop the operating teams on technical troubleshooting and technical mastery.
• Problem-solving on the line, including taking on the role of the line expert for In-Depth Analysis (IDA).
• Develop and update the annual maintenance plan and calendar.
• Ensure maintenance documentation is up-to-date.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with 2 years in a maintenance or engineering role.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Demonstrated abilities in influencing people, guiding, coaching, and developing others through on-shop-floor interaction.
