Job description

PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific, providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Lead who will be responsible for the following key duties:

The Maintenance Lead will oversee machine performance by planning maintenance activities, including developing a Maintenance Plan & Schedule (MP&S), and reducing Break Downs (BD) to prevent Unplanned Stops (UPS), ensuring machines operate efficiently and meet the targets outlined in the OEE.

1. Control and troubleshoot project operations and manage project costs, including capital expenditures.
2. Handle maintenance of machinery, specifically inline machines in Rotogravure and/or Offset printing.
3. Manage end-to-end delivery of company projects related to maintenance and machinery.
4. Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team to ensure seamless installation, development, and startup of printing and packaging projects.
5. Report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

We expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Machinery Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of maintenance experience in the printing or packaging industry.
• Knowledge of printing packaging processes, specifically Offset and/or Rotogravure.
• Experience and knowledge of IWS is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Willing to work at Pasuruan - East Java as a permanent employee.
