Alcon is seeking a Manager I, Repair & Maintenance Engineering to lead a team of engineers in planning, designing, and implementing maintenance programs for facilities and equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will drive productivity, coordinate maintenance work, review specifications, and participate in equipment installation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Experience in Repair & Maintenance Engineering.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of repair and maintenance engineers to optimize facility and equipment availability and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance engineering work, including reviewing mechanical and electrical engineering specifications.
• Review proposed new equipment designs for reliability, ease of maintenance, and parts availability.
• Coordinate repair work with production staff and schedule maintenance with production schedules; ensure safety inspections.
• Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Foster a culture of excellence through performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
