Overview
To create and validate maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities
- To comply and ensure that its Subcontractors, vendors and suppliers comply with all Employer’s rules, regulations, processes, procedures, guidelines and all reasonable directions, instructions, notices and/or requests of the Employer as may be notified to him from time to time.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations and obtain and maintain all necessary approvals, consents, permits, certificates and licenses from all relevant licensors, other third parties and Authorities as may be required.
- To communicate the status of all actual or potential non-compliance activities or breach of applicable laws and regulations to the Employer upon request or when required by laws and regulations.
- To plan, schedule, coordinate and review all planned preventive maintenance, cyclical parts replacement, major maintenance and overhaul works.
- To plan, schedule, coordinate and review all corrective maintenance works.
- To track and monitor status of all planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, cyclical parts replacement, major maintenance and overhaul works for ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreement.
- To manage Subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
- To ensure compliance to all workplace safety and health requirements.
- To ensure compliance to all environmental requirements.
- To ensure compliance to all security requirements.
- To ensure that all plants rooms are clean, tidy and safe at all times.
- To furnish, review and submit all Permit-To-Work documentation for review and approval by the Employer.
- To furnish, review and submit the integrated Method Of Procedure for all major maintenance and overhaul works.
- To conduct audit on Subcontractor’s processes and procedures.
- To conduct daily toolbox meeting.
- To analyze all the relevant information, data and statistics with regards to the performance of the System to identify any developing trends and develop corrective and preventive actions as required.
- To report all defects to the Employer as soon as it is detected during the course of preventive maintenance works and follow-up on the problem resolution and preventive actions as required.
- To review and submit Field Service Reports and maintenance checklists within 24 hours upon completion of all planned preventive maintenance works and corrective maintenance works.
- To act as the 1st level of escalation for ensuring that Employer's call for attendance to Incident is answered within the duration.
- To act as the 1st level of escalation for ensuring that the qualified and competent personnel arrive on Site within the duration.
- To resolve the Incident within the duration.
- To perform root cause analysis.
- To maintain and support a Known Error Database (KEDB).
- To furnish and submit all required documentation for raising Request For Change.
- To attend weekly Change Management meeting.
- To furnish and present Weekly and Monthly Report.
- To respond to Employer’s emails and work requests.
- To seek quotations for corrective maintenance works, Additions & Alterations and ad-hoc works as requested by the Employer.
- Perform any other duties in accordance with the Employer’s instructions issued from time to time.
