Job description

Participates and follows up the execution of the maintenance activities by controlling the availability of necessary resources and that the internal/external services comply with time, cost, quality and safety standards.

Ensures availability and prepares the budget of necessary materials and spare parts, coordinating major inputs needed for repairs, and analyzes cost behavior and cost reduction options.

Analyzes machine performance in order to: identify the causes of defects and propose corrective and preventive actions; generate improvement and keeping record of the related information.

To comply with HSE procedures and Tenaris policies, management standards & procedures, also ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.

Knowledge & Skills

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in heavy industry background where safety and quality are the main priorities.

Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System development, SAP Interface and BI Module.

Ability to conceptualize solution and excellent communications skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Excellent root cause analysis, problem-solving techniques, planning, and organizational skill coupled with personnel management experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with expertise in MS Project.
