Telemecanique Sensors is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Batam to deliver rapid response to equipment breakdowns and perform immediate containment actions. You will troubleshoot, repair, and document incidents while enforcing safety procedures.

Qualifications

Requires diploma or bachelor in automation/electronic/electrical/mechatronics/mechanical.
At least 2 years as Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of customized machines.

Responsibilities

Provide fast response to equipment breakdowns and contain issues.
Perform quick troubleshooting and fix current problems to prevent recurrence.
Record breakdowns with accurate information and escalate as needed.
Conduct preventive maintenance on production machines per schedule and report PM activities.
Identify hazards and ensure safe work processes.
Support continuous improvement projects across departments.
Identify potential accidents and respond to near-misses.
Lead improvement projects to reduce breakdown time on critical equipment.
