Job description

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill experience
• Demonstrated ability to create products requiring tight tolerances
• Ability and confidence to produce high-quality parts within the estimated time frame
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of high-performance tooling
• High attention to detail
• Proficient with Fanuc Controls
• Willing to work on split shifts if required
• Preferably domiciled in Surabaya, or willing to relocate there

Plan and execute machining processes according to drawings and job instructions

Job Descriptions :

• Operate CNC machines safely following equipment guidelines
• Check dimensions of parts using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Perform 3-4 jaw set-ups, shaft turning, tool/drill grinding, and internal keyway machining confidently
• Machine components from various materials in different conditions to close tolerances
