Job description

Shift 1 (United States of America)

1. Read, interpret assembly layouts, hydraulic circuits, and wiring diagrams.
2. Work with more experienced runoff personnel to learn standard and special runoff tooling used in the area.
3. Perform basic troubleshooting procedures to isolate electrical, hydraulic, and machine problems.
4. Recognize part malfunctions and take corrective actions with assistance.
5. Understand and support company philosophies, goals, and policies including ISO9001 and 14001.
6. Report labor correctly and in a timely manner.
7. Produce quality work within the expected time frame.
8. Set standards in housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork by example.
9. Possess working knowledge of standard hand tools.

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts in motion, and hazards such as overhead cranes, welding, machining, and painting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as a maintenance mechanic or technician.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and wiring diagrams; hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical skills are a plus.
• Associate's degree or equivalent, or 1-3 years of related experience or training, or a combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrate leadership and participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to high-stress situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
