Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Lead import verification and evaluation of new automatic lines and single equipment;
  2. Formulate equipment import plan and follow up;
  3. Optimize mechanical parts of imported equipment or fixtures to improve equipment utilization rate and production efficiency;
  4. Analyze major equipment failure and propose a solution;
  5. Compile and update ME procedure documents and operation SOP;
  6. Design and implement equipment structure optimization;
  7. Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and operation to ensure the normal operation of the project;
  8. Responsible for the operation of key equipment, while training operators.

Qualifications

  1. Education background from bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical automation;
  2. More than 3 years of experience in tobacco equipment maintenance and commissioning
  3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS;
  4. Possess welding operator certificate.
  5. Equipment maintenance ability, responsible for the operation of key equipment, while training operators;
  6. Able to use English as working language.
