INDICO is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team on a project basis. You will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that solve real-world problems while collaborating with various teams to provide actionable insights.What you will do but not limited to:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Conduct experiments to optimize model performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation.Monitor and maintain machine learning systems and pipelines in production
• Communicate findings and present results to stakeholders
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field from reputable university
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in developing and deploying AI / ML applications, both with structured and unstructured data (such as Computer Vision, NLP, LLM)
• Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python, Java, Scala, Rust)
• Practical experience with AI / ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, etc
• Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
• Understanding in software development practices
• Experience with big data technologies (such as Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
