Job summary

SLB in Cikarang, Indonesia, seeks a Measurements Performance Live Specialist to deliver high-quality service from the Performance Live Center, ensuring safe, efficient operations and a connected, tech-driven team.

You should have 3–5 years of oilfield MWD experience, a science/engineering degree, strong communication, and multitasking ability to manage multiple wellsite jobs within a highly digital environment. 12-hour shifts in an office-based setting at SLB Cikarang.

• 3–5 years of oilfield experience as a Measurement-While-Drilling professional.
• Bachelor's degree in science and/or engineering.
• Strong communication skills for flawless team communication, wellsite collaboration, and escalation.
• Multitasking skills essential for conducting multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy mindset with experience in M365 and digitalized environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, averaging 4 jobs per shift.
• Execute service delivery to the customer.
• Support digital solutions adoption in drilling operations using automation and augmented job delivery solutions.
• Obtain customer acceptance of the job deliverables.
• Ensure all measurements, logging, and drilling reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain competencies valid for key services per requirements.
• Provide support to Field and Performance Live Management.
• Automate or optimize workflows for Performance Live or customer needs.

The Measurements Performance Live Specialist delivers high-quality services from a Performance Live Center, executing the analytical elements of job delivery to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable operations; bringing field expertise into a connected, tech-driven team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, for an average of 4 jobs assigned per shift
• Execute service delivery to the customer
• Support digital solutions adoption in drilling operations by using automation and augmented job delivery solutions and software
• Obtain the Customer acceptance of the job deliverables
• Ensure all Measurements, Logging & Drilling reporting requirements are fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis
• Obtain and maintain competencies valid for key services, compliant with competency requirements
• Provide support to the Field and Performance Live Management
• Automate or optimize specific work processes or workflows for Performance Live or customer-specific requirements
