M&A PMO - Fiber Optic, Telco, or ISP Background

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as PMO - Fiber Optic or ISP Background with the following details:

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, corporate finance or other related major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.5 is required.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a PMO or project management-related role.
  3. Proven track record in managing and overseeing M&A projects from due diligence to integration.
  4. Previous experience in the fiber optic or internet service provider (ISP) industry is highly preferred.
  5. Strong understanding of financial, operational, and legal aspects of M&A activities.
  6. Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  7. Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  9. Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  11. Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Lead and coordinate end-to-end project management activities, with a key focus on M&A-related initiatives.
  2. Develop, monitor, and control project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  3. Oversee due diligence processes, working closely with legal, finance, and business teams.
  4. Manage integration efforts post-M&A, ensuring smooth transition and synergy realization.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership to align M&A initiatives with business goals.
  6. Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous project progress.
  7. Regularly report project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and executives.
  8. Ensure consistent project governance, documentation, and compliance with internal frameworks.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Continuously improve PMO processes and tools for enhanced project delivery and efficiency.
