Job summary

Siemens is seeking a skilled LV electrical design engineer to translate requirements into GA, SLD, and wiring diagrams for LV switchgear and distribution panels. You will create layouts, ensure revisions are controlled, and verify compliance with IEC standards.

Ideal candidates have 1-5 years in LV design, strong drafting skills, and proficiency in ELCAD or EPLAN, with experience on industrial projects. Position based in Jakarta with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 1-5 years of LV design experience
• Proficient in ELCAD or EPLAN
• Familiar with LV switchgear and distribution panels
• Knowledge of IEC 61439 and IEC 60364
• Experience creating GA, SLD, and wiring diagrams

Responsibilities

• Create GA drawings for LV switchgear, MCCs and distribution panels
• Produce detailed schematic and wiring diagrams
• Develop layout drawings and panel arrangements
• Maintain drawing revision control and documentation
• Ensure drawings comply with IEC standards and customer specs
• Collaborate with LV Front Engineers to capture design requirements
