Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Experience with premium fashion or luxury handbags is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and ensure premium service standards.
• Drive store sales and achieve KPIs like Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, and AUR.
• Build strong client relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
• Coach and develop store staff to deliver service excellence.
• Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and post-sale service quality.
• Coordinate store reporting with head office teams.
