Our client, a retail company with many outlets in luxury resorts located in the Maldives, is actively seeking a highly motivated Store Assistant to be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store including customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. As a Store Assistant, your key role is to deliver exceptional high-end services and contribute to company sales revenue.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail company preferably in luxury items and resort wear.
  • Previous role as a store assistant or leader in the retail industry.
  • Passionate and interested towards luxury fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic resort environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a remote island for a year contract.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-sales system and inventory management software.
  • Ability to confidently communicate in conversational English.
