Job summary

Alila Villas Uluwatu is seeking a Landscape Manager to plan, manage, and maintain all landscape, garden, and outdoor green areas across the resort. This role ensures our landscaping reflects Alila's luxury brand standards, sustainability commitments, and environmental stewardship.

You will lead the landscaping team, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvements in horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape aesthetics while maintaining excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of tropical horticulture, irrigation, plant care, and landscape maintenance.
• Experience managing landscaping teams and contractors.
• Understanding of sustainable landscaping and environmental conservation practices.
• Proficient in budgeting, planning, and resource management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
