Job summary

Alila Villas Uluwatu in Bali is seeking a Landscape Manager (Indonesian Nationality Only) to lead the planning, management and maintenance of all landscape, garden and outdoor areas across the resort, ensuring alignment with Alila's luxury brand standards.

The role oversees the landscaping team, manages budgets and resources, and drives continuous improvements in horticultural practices, irrigation systems, and landscape aesthetics to create exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape management, preferably in luxury hospitality, resorts, or high-end residential properties
• Strong knowledge of tropical horticulture, irrigation systems, plant care, and landscape maintenance
• Experience managing landscaping teams and contractors
• Understanding of sustainable landscaping and environmental conservation practices
• Proficient in budgeting, planning, and resource management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
