Your Role

We are seeking aLuxury Fashion Designerwith a rare combination ofaesthetic excellence, cultural depth, and sustainable mindsetto shape the future of our fashion house. Rooted in timeless elegance, our work is also a dialogue betweentradition and innovation— reinterpreting heritage crafts like batik and ikat through refined contemporary design. This role requires a designer who sees garments ascultural vessels, able to translate intricate textile narratives and ethical values into designs that feel both deeply human and visually striking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design luxury fashion collections from concept to final garment, including sketches, moodboards, technical drawings, and prototypes
• Integratetraditional techniquessuch asbatik, ikat, and songketinto elevated silhouettes and refined materials
• Collaborate with localartisans and cooperativesto develop bespoke textiles and embellishments
• Source and select high-quality materials, including luxury textiles such as silk, wool, organza, or custom-crafted fabrics
• Participate in fittings, corrections, and finishing processes to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship
• Present design concepts to creative leadership with clear rationale and storytelling
• Collaborate on runway, campaign, or editorial presentations when needed

What You Bring

• 3–5 years experience as a Fashion Designer in luxury, couture, or high-end ready-to-wear
• Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent training from a recognized institution
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CLO3D or similar tools
• Strong illustration, draping, pattern development, and garment construction knowledge
• Deep understanding of luxury finishing techniques and fabric behavior
• Excellent taste and a portfolio demonstrating refined aesthetics, emotional storytelling, and originality
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
