Qualifications

• Education in hotel/catering or equivalent experience in 4- or 5-star restaurant, hotel or resort.
• Food Safety/HACCP certificate required.
• Intermediate knowledge on food safety.
• Good management and organization skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion about hospitality and customer service driven.
• Cruise industry experience is an advantage.
• Possess a valid passport and seaman book.
• With shipboard experience and/or at least managerial-level experience from a 5-star luxury hotel
