Job summary

Time International in Bali is seeking a dynamic retail leader to grow and develop boutique team members, identifying strengths and crafting individual development plans. You will supervise sales, inventory, and customer service to ensure high standards.

Additionally, you will manage pricing/display accuracy and lead hiring, training, and evaluation of sales staff. Flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from reputable academy or university.
• Experience in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Passionate about Luxury and Beauty Industry.
• Ability to coach and train others in retail settings and communicate effectively.
• Flexible work schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Grows and develops boutique team members through identification of strengths/weaknesses and development plans.
• Understand customers' needs and drives the team to meet them.
• Direct supervision of employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, or customer services.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Manage and control inventories stock and reorders.
