Lubricant Sales Engineer

Nabel Sakha Group is a B2B Oil and lubricant distributor, as well as a distributor of pneumatic and hydraulic components that are mostly used in the manufacturing industry, and a distributor for vacuum automation and handling systems.

We are currently seeking highly qualified people with the following qualities to fill the position listed below:

Lubricant Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct B-to-B lubricant sales process activities to achieve company sales targets.
2. Traveling to visit potential customers to establish new customers and maintain good relationships with all customers.
3. Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
4. Negotiating and closing the sales process through win-win terms and conditions.
5. Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
6. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customer needs.
7. Handling customer complaints and following up to keep customers’ satisfactions.

Candidate Requirements:

1. At least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
2. Have 2 years of experience in the industrial B-to-B sales process, especially in the lubricant, spare parts, or relevant.
3. Good communication and presentation skills.
4. Willing to work with flexible working hours.
5. Has an extensive network in the industrial segments, mining, plantation, and marine.
6. Able to drive a car and having a car driving license is mandatory.
7. Willing to work in Tangerang or Bekasi.
