Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is hiring a Sales & Marketing Staff in Jakarta Barat. You will support the sales team with CRM updates, social media management, content creation, and monthly reporting while coordinating meetings and travel for the team.

The role also involves drafting commercial documents and assisting digital marketing campaigns. You should have a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year of experience, and strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by updating systems, social media, lead tracking, customer interactions, and monthly sales reports.
• Draft, format, and proofread commercial documents (quotations, invoices, contracts, proposals, presentations).
• Serve as a secondary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging apps.
• Coordinate internal sales meetings, client appointments, and travel for the team.
• Plan and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos for company social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments to boost online engagement.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, events, or product announcements under the marketing lead.
• Collect metrics and prepare monthly reach/engagement reports.
• Maintain office supplies and filing systems; facilitate inter-department communication.
• Keep customer databases, inventory, and marketing assets updated and secure.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align schedules with campaigns.
• Identify bottlenecks in admin/marketing workflows and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company growth.
