Responsibilities

• Identifier et proposer des partenariats avec des entreprises et des cliniques.
• Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les partenaires existants.
• Effectuer des visites sur le terrain pour les présentations de partenariats.

Job description

• Identify and propose partnership opportunities with parenting communities, mom & baby businesses, mother & child clinics, baby shops, child-friendly cafés, fitness centers for moms, and similar organizations
• Prepare simple proposals and clearly explain mutually beneficial collaboration concepts
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential partners
• Actively visit partner locations for presentations or partnership discussions
• Attend relevant events or activities to expand the network
• Collaborate with the internal team to implement partnership programs that support customer growth
• Create simple reports on the progress and outcomes of partnerships
• Stay updated with trends in parenting and early childhood education

Qualifications:

• Communicative, friendly, and confident in engaging with new people
• Proactive, agile, and highly initiative-driven
• Enjoys socializing and possesses basic negotiation skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel frequently to meet partners
• Experience in partnership, sales, or community engagement is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having a personal vehicle (motorbike) is preferred
• Familiarity or network within.mom & child communities is a strong advantage
• Honest, hardworking, and ready to work in a small, fast-paced business environment
