Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar or relevant sales role.
  • Proven experience in telesales roles.
  • IT knowledge advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Thai skills.
  • The ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Resilience and self-motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to persevere to meet targets.
  • Ability to take responsibility and prioritize work effectively under pressure.

  • Work as part of a campaign team to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct outbound calls on behalf of major technology brands.
  • Handle objections, generate sales opportunities, and qualify needs.
  • Meet campaign KPIs and activity targets.
  • Work through call lists provided by the Data team.
  • Complete write-ups as per campaign layouts, ensuring accuracy and standardization.
  • Verify and update prospect information on profiles.
  • Read and understand call scripts and document examples for each campaign.
  • Download necessary campaign files like TAL and exclusion lists.
  • Ensure all qualifying requirements are met during calls.
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders regarding campaign specifics.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and legal compliance.
  • Possibly call prospects to confirm lead details.
  • Perform any other tasks reasonably assigned by the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Aim to achieve a weekly target of 45 points.
