Lowongan Kerja CariProperti Property Advisor Jakarta Bintaro Area Jakarta Agustus 2025 di Jendela Group. Posisi ini terbuka untuk kandidat yang berpengalaman dalam penjualan properti dan mampu memenuhi target penjualan.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the predetermined target.
• Manage databases that have been provided.
• Introduce and present suitable housing for clients (offline & online).
• Assist client consultations related to appropriate home needs.
• Build relationships with property developers.
• Negotiate with various parties for closing.
• Work with the aftersales team to take care of client transactions that have been dealt with.
• Make regular reports through the system.
• Work under pressure and meet daily targets.
• Attend on holidays including national holidays and on predetermined normal days.
• Be placed in JKT-Bintaro area.

Qualifications

• Professional work experience with a total of at least 2 years (1 year direct sales experience).
• Preferably sales experience in the property sector (sales in‑house developer).
• Public speaking and good communication.
• Build good relationships and negotiation skills.
• Humble, confident, high work motivation, friendly, diligent and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn to fulfill the job description.
• Willing to do field work (have a private vehicle, Sim A/C).
• Willing to work according to target.
