The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving DataOn’s international business growth by identifying new enterprise opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders, building strategic partnerships, and conducting in-depth market research. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Present DataOn’s solutions to potential clients via meetings, presentations, and product demos.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Represent DataOn at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in SaaS, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise technology solutions is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and business workflows.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or professional certifications in sales or business development.
- Experience working in the HR or ERP software space.
- Fluency in English.
