Marriott International’s Sheraton in Surabaya is seeking a Cost Controller to verify figures and maintain financial records in accordance with company procedures.

The successful candidate will analyze data, prepare financial reports, and assist with period-end closings while collaborating with other departments to ensure compliant and timely operations.

Qualifikationen

• Follow up on past-due accounts and vendor invoices until payment or resolution.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and ensure timely, quality work.
• Report work-related accidents or injuries to supervisor.
• Maintain policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Communicate clearly; review documents; answer phones.

• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
• Follow‑up and resolve past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full or resolved.
• Coordinate tasks and work with other departments; serve as a departmental role model or mentor; assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Report work‑related accidents or injuries immediately to supervisor.
• Follow company policies and procedures; maintain uniform and professional appearance; maintain confidentiality; protect company assets.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language; review written documents; answer phones.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships; support team to reach goals; listen and respond to employee concerns.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
