Job summary
IBMC is assisting a premier beach club and lifestyle venue in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, world‑class hospitality, and coastal views, our client seeks creative, passionate Bartenders to join the bar team.
The Bartender will prepare cocktails, manage bar mise en place, and deliver engaging service at a fast-paced beach club. Requires 1–3 years’ experience, fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, and willingness to relocate to Lombok (no relocation allowance).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in high-volume venues.
- Solid understanding of classic cocktails, spirit categories, and garnish standards.
- Conversational fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve signature cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide engaging service at the bar counter and with floor servers.
- Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, ice, and glassware before and during shifts.
- Monitor stock, log breakages, and report needs to Bar Manager.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization across bar stations.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and accurate order processing.
