Job summary

Ibmc is seeking a Transaction & Legal Operations Manager (Lawyer) to lead real estate transaction workflows, land due diligence, and compliance. Based on-site in Lombok, the role blends corporate legal oversight with hands-on site execution to de-risk acquisitions and maintain compliant contract flow.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in real estate or corporate law, fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and readiness to travel to Lombok offices up to twice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (S.H. / LL.M.) or equivalent.
• Advocate license (PERADI) strongly preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property development or construction law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage real estate transaction documents for international investors.
• Manage corporate legal ops for PT PMA structures and contract turnarounds.
• Draft, validate, and manage vendor, contractor, and operational contracts.
• Lead land due diligence, title checks, and agrarian compliance.
• Coordinate with Notaries, local officials, and agrarian offices.
• Ensure regulatory licensing, permits, and tax considerations for real estate deals.
