PaxOcean invites fresh Diploma graduates to join the Yard Supervisor Development Program 2026 in Batam. This track offers hands-on shipyard exposure, mentorship, and rotation through key operations in new ship construction and related engineering disciplines.

Eligible candidates are 2025–2026 graduates with a D3/D4 in engineering, GPA 3.0+, and must be prepared to base in Batam for two years. Unemployed and not pursuing a master’s degree are required.
