Logistics Strategic Insight Sr. Associate

About the Role

As part of the Logistics Strategy & Planning team, you will take full ownership of various supply and growth analyses to support business decisions. If you are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the overall business strategy. You will have a direct impact on the trajectory of Logistics growth and profitability, ensuring the business grows efficiently.

What you will do

1. Own supply and demand dashboards and monitoring tools.
2. Analyze data points, design experiments, and test scalable solutions to inform strategic decisions on supply and demand initiatives.
3. Collaborate with BI, Data Science, Product Management, and Regional teams to ensure seamless implementation of supply initiatives.
4. Analyze competitive intelligence insights and findings.
5. Serve as the go-to person for supply health metrics and demand growth analysis.

What you will need

1. A BS/MS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
2. At least 3+ years of experience in fields such as Ride-Hailing, Logistics, E-Commerce, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or relevant industries.
3. Proficiency in manipulating large raw data sets with attention to detail and data accuracy.
4. Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively to a broad audience.
5. Proactive, team-oriented attitude.
6. Experience with analytic and database tools like Tableau, SQL, and experimentation processes.
7. Scientific, hypothesis-driven thinking with the ability to work incrementally.
8. Strong project management skills for handling complex projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
