Job summary

PT Dexin Steel Indonesia (DSI) is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to align cross-functional teams on domestic and international sea freight requirements. You will support the end-to-end shipping process from booking to payment, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

• Prepare and manage sea freight contracts.
• Verify invoices and process payment requests.
• Provide operational data and resolve shipment-related issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor the end-to-end shipping process from booking to payment completion.

PT Dexin Steel Indonesia (DSI) is a leading steel manufacture in South East Asia producing semi-finished and finished steel product for Indonesian and global market including SEA, Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe. We are a joint venture company between Delong Group, Shanghai Decent Investment (Group), PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP), Ningbo Jianghong Trading and Hanwa Group. Our production facility is located in Morowali, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia and it has capacity of seven metric tons which to time is the biggest steel production capacity within SEA region. As of 2025, we have workforce of more than 9000 full time employee.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with the Sales, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth domestic sea freight operations;

Monitor and follow up on shipment schedules, vessel status, and cargo movement;

Prepare and distribute shipping documents and operational updates;

Prepare and manage sea freight contracts;
