Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Solutions to lead the design, development and implementation of customized logistics solutions for e-commerce marketplaces and retailers. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, Tech and Network Planning to deliver scalable, customer-centric products that drive commercial and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in managing logistics solutions or product launches.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail logistics, or 3PL preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and launch of tailored logistics solutions.
• Design solutions across ground/air transport, customs, and optimization.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Ensure solutions meet customer expectations and financial targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Tech and Network Planning.
• Translate client needs from Commercial into actionable designs.
• Facilitate cross‑department communication for alignment.
• Monitor performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify improvements from stakeholder feedback.
• Lead continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
