• Willing to be placed in all Enseval’s branches (across Indonesia)

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development programs
• Lear n about Enseval’s business processes and operations
• Handle projects and solve business-related problems
• Develop leadership and team management skills
• Coordinate with different teams or functions
• Monitor and evaluate assigned tasks or projects
• Be prepared for a Coordinator/leadership role within Enseval after completing the development program
