Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability in managing a team.
• Willing to be placed in all Enseval branches nationwide across Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Participate in training and development programs.
• Learn about Enseval’s business processes and operations.
• Handle projects and solve business problems.
• Develop leadership and team management skills.
• Coordinate with different teams or functions.
• Monitor and evaluate assigned tasks or projects.
• Be prepared for a coordinator/leadership role within Enseval after completing the development program.
