The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and goods. This role involves coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Responsibilities :
- Plan & Manage Logistics Operations – Oversee transportation, delivery schedules, and warehouse management.
- Coordinate Shipments & Deliveries – Arrange shipments, track orders, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and prevent shortages.
- Communicate with Vendors & Suppliers – Maintain strong relationships to ensure efficient supply chain processes.
- Ensure Compliance & Documentation – Handle invoices, contracts, and legal requirements for logistics.
- Problem-Solve Logistics Issues – Address delays, shortages, and unexpected issues in the supply chain.
- Support Events & Projects – Provide logistical support for events, ensuring equipment and materials are available.
Job Requirements :
- Must be an Indonesian citizen.
- Must be willing to participate in a one-year remote internship program.
- Must be willing to serve as a committee member for YBB programs for one year.
- Must possess good physical and mental health, along with strong communication skills.
- Must be capable of performing effectively under challenging circumstances.
- Must be tech-savvy.

- Logistics & Tracking: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, ShipTrack, Route4Me.
- Inventory Management: Zoho Inventory, SAP, Fishbowl.
- Communication: Slack, WhatsApp, Email.
- Project Management: Trello, Asana, Notion.
