A Leading Fashion Retail Company is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor Warehouse & Logistic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of warehouse and logistics activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the distribution process to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Lead and develop warehouse staff to maintain productivity and compliance with SOPs.

Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Collaborate with other departments (Supply Chain, Merchandising, Sales) to support business operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics supervision, preferably in retail or fashion industry.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics procedures.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
