Logistic Transportation Sales Manager (BML - Jakarta)

Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing all transportation activities within the company.

Identify and create new opportunities to expand market targets, particularly in commercial vehicles for both retail and rental segments.

Manage prospect lists and regularly follow up with potential clients to identify sales opportunities.

Stay updated on industry changes and trends to understand competitor strategies and consumer needs.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective strategies for marketing commercial vehicles to customers.

Prepare logistics management plans, including procurement, maintenance, inventory, equipment, and facilities for commercial vehicles offered for sale or rental.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.

At least 5 years of experience in 4-wheel Rental Sales (Fleet Sales) or a similar role in a commercial vehicle rental company.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster effective teamwork.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, disciplined, and communicative.

Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.
