Job summary

A leading lifestyle retailer in Indonesia is seeking a System Analyst to identify improvement opportunities in logistics systems. Responsibilities include system documentation, training program development, and troubleshooting support. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in logistics applications like SAP, WMS, and TMS, along with proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills in English.

• Consistent task completion within deadlines set by organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform system and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and application teams to enhance systems.
• Develop support documentation and training programs for Distribution Centers.
• Serve as Level 1 system troubleshooting point.

Job description

Perform system and data analysis to identify opportunities for system improvements.

Collaborate with IT and application teams to develop or enhance systems.

Develop system support documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user manuals.

Create and deliver training programs for each Distribution Center (DC).

Serve as the Level 1 system troubleshooting point, coordinating with IT and other relevant teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years experience working in logistics (warehouse, transportation, etc.)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of logistics applications such as SAP, WMS, TMS, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel for data reporting and analysis
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Possess an independent personality, able to demonstrate effective communication with multiple parties, and consistently complete tasks within deadlines set by organization.
