All about the role:

As a Logistic Supervisor, you will be responsible for the execution in the area of order management, transport execution, and 3PL performance.

In this role, you will work with 3PL to supervise them in meeting KPIs for the entire process from order execution to POD receipt, Logistic Cost Analysis & OTM, and Day-to-Day Transport Processing.

What you’ll do:

Logistic Cost Visibility

Contribute to global project design using OTM as the cost control monitor. Implement tasks, ensure resource availability, and provide alerts for issues requiring action/decisions related to OTM for transport management activities. Proactively identify issues and propose solutions. Support competency development at all levels by providing training and support/solutions in OTM transport at 3PL with global support. Participate in change management to support global Eluxone objectives. Set up business processes based on ERP implementation. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize warehouse operations. Analyze warehouse performance data for improvements.

Implement Day-to-Day Distribution Process for 3 DC

Engage operational teams at 3PL and Sales for resource preparation to achieve 99% Service Level based on RDD. Monitor KPIs and ensure timely, quality task completion. Oversee inbound/outbound flow and warehouse space visibility. Manage receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Achieve 99% Inventory Accuracy through daily reconciliation with Inventory Controller and 3PL. Maintain 3.5% Logistic Cost per DC via monthly cost control. Manage returns process in coordination with Service, Sales, and Finance teams. Optimize warehouse layouts for efficiency. Proactively address issues and involve relevant teams for solutions.

Lead Productivity in Supply Chain

Contribute to productivity projects aimed at reducing logistics costs and returns.

Drive Cross-functional Effectiveness

Engage stakeholders to implement actions ensuring project KPIs are met, aligned with global objectives. Anticipate conflicts, communicate issues effectively, and resolve misunderstandings. Alert superiors about bottlenecks.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma IV from a reputable university.
• Familiar with OTM and SAP DFLE.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and possess strong leadership skills.
