Qualifications
- Pengalaman 3-5 tahun dalam peran penjualan atau pengembangan bisnis di industri logistik.
- Memahami dengan baik industri Transportasi dan Logistik.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify industry trends and competitive insights
- Provide administrative support to the management as needed, such as summarizing or calculating returns by project and presenting information
- Increase sales and maximize utilization of the Company's fleet
- Find problems among our team and customers, develop solutions, and integrate members into the chain to solve problems
- Follow up on related operations and finance until payment is received
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role in the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of the Transportation and Logistics industry
- Have experience in domestic logistics service; especially cold chain / automotive / dangerous goods logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Time management and priority work management
- Ability to solve problems immediately and respond quickly
- Motivation for self-improvement, positive attitude, and adaptability
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
