• Build an excellent relationship with company business partners.

• Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

• Serve as the link of communication between partners and internal teams.

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain partner trust.

• Forecast, measure, and report the results of partnership and various projects with partners.

• Lead and monitor the progress of the project and ensure the project is implemented properly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's level degree required and with at least 2 years of work experience in partnership, sales, business development, account management, and client support.

• Experience in logistics is a plus.

• Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to details.
