Logistic Operations Supervisor

Job Description

1. Oversee and monitor the end to end shipping process: pickup, delivery, undelivery, and return.

2. Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

3. Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure timely delivery of goods.

4. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as Business, Partnership, Sales, Tech, Data, and Customer Service teams to resolve user issues.

5. Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads.

6. Maintain user-related reports to ensure they are up to date and accurate.

7. Ensure on-time pickup and delivery by the 3PL.

8. Maintain claim submissions to 3PL and disbursement to users.

9. Develop weekly/monthly reports for the Manager.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of working experience.

3. Experience in logistics is a plus.

4. Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

6. Well-organized and efficient while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

7. Professional fluency in Bahasa and English.
