Job Description

• Oversee and monitor the end to end shipping process: pickup, delivery, undelivery, and return.

• Analyze logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

• Work closely with the 3PL partner to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Work closely with the relevant stakeholders such as Business, Partnership, Sales, Tech, Data, and Customer Service team to to solve the User issues.

• Manage the logistics staff and coordinate scheduling and workloads.

• Maintain User-related reports to ensure it is up to date and accurate.

• Ensure the 3PL ontime pickup and delivery.

• Maintain the claim submissions to 3PL and disbursement to Users.

• Develop the weekly/monthly report for Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.

• At least 2 years of working experience.

• Experience in logistics is a plus.

• Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to details.

• Well-organized and efficient while working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Professional fluency in Bahasa and English.
