We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Logistics Operations to lead and oversee our end-to-end logistics activities. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability while enabling business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics flows, meeting SLA, cost, and accuracy targets. You will also play a strategic role in expanding logistics capabilities, including new warehouse setup, vendor management, and process optimization.
As a senior leader, you will manage and mentor the logistics team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build scalable systems to support the company’s future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day logistics operations across inbound, outbound, and reverse flows.
- Ensure delivery against SLA, cost, and accuracy KPIs.
- Drive strategic expansion by setting up new warehouses, logistics lines, and regional operations.
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage partnerships to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and control logistics budgets, driving cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop and lead a high-performing logistics team with a focus on capability building and career development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial, and technology teams to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve forecasting, capacity planning, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
- Experience in new warehouse setup, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with logistics technology platforms, WMS, TMS, and process automation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
