A leading aquaculture company in Indonesia is looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee delivery and inventory management across two distribution centers. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an FMCG setting, and be proficient in ERP software. You will lead operations, ensure timely deliveries, and manage stakeholder communications for optimal logistics performance.
Managing delivery and inventory for two distribution centers with the highest selling network in the company.
Leading the daily logistics operational team.
Ensuring maximum capacity in distribution with minimum cost, delivered safely and on time to customers.
Maintaining intense communication with 3PL to resolve inventory or distribution issues.
Monitoring stock availability and planning for stock replenishment.
Tracking Proof of Delivery documents.
Reporting daily delivery cost ratio and occupancy rate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics as a supervisor, and/or 2 years as a manager, preferably in an FMCG company.
Expertise in Demand Planning, Warehouse Management System, and Transport Management System is a plus.
Confident in negotiation and straightforward in communication.
Proficient with ERP Software (SAP) and familiar with FIFO.
Placement will be in Bekasi, West Java.
