Job description

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet customer demands.

Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.

Implement inventory control measures and regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.

Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and freight negotiation.

Monitor transportation performance and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.

Implement best practices for warehouse layout, organization, and inventory management.

Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the logistics department.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports and presentations on logistics operations and performance for management review.

Identify and mitigate risks within the logistics operations to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Maximum age 45 years old.
  • At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years as Warehouse Manager.
  • Experience in FMCG Industry is a must.
  • Ability to operate MS Office.
